   YL-BZD型半自动压合式粘箱机，是近年来根据用户中小订单、异性纸箱的需要，最新研发的纸箱生产的新型环保设备。它体积小占地少，操作简单不需要经验，非常适合小批量产品的生产和品种的更换；适用范围广，普通纸箱、异形彩盒单页成型的粘合，双片纸箱和天地盖纸盒；节省胶水，胶水用量只相当于手工涂胶的1/3；省人工，设备最高速度56米/分钟，效率是手工操作的3-4倍；粘接牢固、整齐不溢胶，专利打磨去除UV光膜层，或覆膜塑料层等，提高胶水的粘接力，解除了纸箱厂在一些季节纸箱容易开胶的难题。本机由于采用手工收折，在提高效率的同时还适用于全自动机不好加工的压痕不正、特殊异性与纸面有开窗的制品。

本机结构：机架、送纸工作台、前段输送装置、打磨装置、涂胶装置、中段输送装置、中段压合装置、电气控制装置。
