本机主要用于电动工具、家用电器、汽车摩托车等电机换向器与电枢绕组导线的焊接工作。整个焊接过程由目前选进的日本米亚基焊接控制系统控制，同时还选用进口PLC系统，可任意编写程式，编程格式符合ISO国际代码标准。本机采用电机驱动，日本原装SMC气动元件来完成输送过程，反应敏捷，效率高。重要部位配有电子感应自动报警系统，确保设备与人员的安全。本机带有电极水冷却循环系统，可及时对点焊头进行冷却。本机是目前世界上最理想的焊接设备之一，性能已达到国际领先水平。
The machine is mainly used for electric tools, household appliances, automobiles, motorcycles and so motor to weld commutator and armature wire. The whole welding process uses Japan MIYACHI spot welding control system, which is currently the most advanced. This product uses imported PLC system,can arbitrary to program. The format of programming meets ISO coding standard.The machineadoptsmotor to drive, and the Japanese original SMC pneumatic components to complete the transfer process, responsive and efficient.Important positions are equipped with electronic induction automatic alarm system to assure safety for the machine and operator.
