BX-807 Large WallbOArd Rewinder

用途：缠绕膜胶带、双面胶胶带、美纹胶带、布基胶带、聚脂膜、PE膜、泡棉胶带等之复卷。

Use: used for the rewinding of double-facedtape, masking tape, bu-ki tape, polyester film, PE film and foam tape, etc. 

特点：

收卷采用瓦片式气涨轴，张力控制调节简易。压花轴采用铁弗龙，可以防止粘胶。展开轮为特制弓形轮，消除了原材料起皱对卷取的影响。放料部份气动式独立式刹车，张力控制平稳，防止胶带断裂。本机采用墙板式机架，结构稳定，复卷效果更佳。

Characteristics:

The reeling adopts tile type pneumatic core shaft, the tension control is easy to adjust. The marking device shaft adopts Teflon to avoid viscose glue. The unwinding wheel is special manufactured arc wheel so as to remove the influence of raw material crinkle on the reeling. The discharge adopts pneumatic and independent brake, the tension control is stable so as to avoid type break. The machine adopts wallboard supports for stable structure and better reeling effect.
