   本公司自2007年起就开始为乐器展提供展台礼仪翻译服务，至今已服务了数十多家客户，其中国外客户占70%，国内客户占30%，所服务的客户包括钢琴、小提琴、小号、双簧管、吉他、爵士鼓、乐谱及乐器配件等生产商和经销商，客户满意度在85%以上。

ShanghAI Highlights has been engaged in providing hostess and interpreter services for the Music China Shanghai since 2007. Up to now, the Company has served tens of customers, in which, overseas customers account for 70% and doMEStic customers account for 30%. The served customers are mainly manufacturers and distributors of pianos, violins, trumpets, clarinets, guitars, jazz drums, sheet music and accessories, etc. The customer satisfaction is above 85%.

A. 完善的服务管理流程：本公司在上海市多年从事乐器展展台礼仪翻译服务，积累了丰富的礼仪翻译服务经验，并形成了一整套完善的服务监督和管理流程。本公司会对外派的礼仪翻译人员采取展前准备、展中监督和展后考评的内部管理机制。

Perfect Service Management Procedures:Shanghai Highlightshas been engaged in hostess and interpreter services forMusic China Expoin Shanghai for many years, and have accumulated rich experience, and set up a complete set of service supervision and management procedures. The Company implements an internal management mechanism of pre-show preparation, supervision during the show, and post-show appraisal to the assigned staffs.

B.良好的形象素质能力：本公司外派的展位礼仪翻译人员以年轻女性为主，注重形象和礼仪，能够兼顾礼仪接待、展位口译和产品促销三个方面的职能。所有工作人员都接受过会展礼仪服务的上岗培训，完全可以胜任各类展台礼仪和翻译服务工作。

Good-looking & Quality Competence:The hostesses and interpreters assigned by Shanghai Highlights are mainly young ladies, good-looking and etiquette-conscious, who can take the three roles of booth hostess/receptionist, interpreter and sales promoter/assistant as a whole.All the staffs assigned have received fundamental training on exhibition and conference service etiquettes so as to be competent for all kinds of booth hostess and receptionist tasks.

C.可靠的外语口译能力：本公司成立之初就是一家专业的翻译服务公司，在遴选礼仪翻译人员方面均严格把关，非常注重外语口语能力的测试。所有礼仪翻译人员只有通过本公司的外语口语水平测试合格后才有上岗资格。

Reliable Communication Skills in Foreign Languages:Since its inception, Shanghai Highlights is a professional translation company. The Company follows strict control procedures in selecting the candidates of hostesses and interpreters by focusing on the tests of foreign language oral proficiency. Without passing the oral foreign language tests required by the Company, nobody shall be qualified for the post as a hostess or an interpreter.

二、服务项目/Service Programs:

A．展位形象礼仪：形象靓丽，可从事企业形象或产品展示、前台来访观众接待、派发宣传资料等工作。初级英语水平，可以用英语与国外来宾进行简单的交流；

Booth Hostess/Receptionist:Beautiful or pretty appearance, mainly taking the role as a corporate/product display model or show girl, a visitor’s receptionist at front desk, or a distributor of brochures/leaflets, etc. Junior-level English speaking, can communicate with international visitors in simple English.

B．展位礼仪翻译：形象端庄，可从事展位前台接待、现场翻译、产品推介等工作。中级外语翻译水平，可以胜任现场的一般性商务翻译工作。

Booth Hostess & Interpreter:Good-looking, mainly taking the role as a visitor’s receptionist at front desk, on-site interpreter/translator, product promoter/sales assistant, etc. Intermediate-level English or any other language interpreter, who is competent for common business translation/oral interpretation on the site.

C．高级专业翻译：专业翻译人员，具有较高的外语水平和丰富的翻译经验，能够胜任各类商务谈判和陪同的翻译工作。

Professional/Senior Interpreter:Professional rich-experienced interpreter, senior-level foreign language oral proficiency, being competent for all kinds of business negotiations/meetings and escort interpreter service.

注：价格上浮与对工作人员的形象要求、外语水平、外语语种、专业难度及附加服务条件有关。

Notes: Service prices may vary according to the requirement for the staff‘s appearance, foreign language proficiency level, language category, task complexity or some other additional service requirements.

三、服务流程/Service Procedures：

①参展商联系本公司说明需求 → ②双方确定服务事项和价格 → ③双方签订服务合同 → ④参展商预付定金 → ⑤本公司外派人员到现场服务 → ⑥展会最后一天结清服务费。

①Exhibitor contacts Shanghai Highlights for service request→②Both parties determine service detail and price→③Both parties sign theExhibition Service Order Form/Contract→④Exhibitor makes 50% down payment→⑤Assign service staff(s) to the Exhibitor's booth→⑥Settle the balance payment on the last day.
