本装配流水线适用于电动工具（例如电动手枪钻）装配的自动传送。装配线由皮带输送线传动，根据装配工艺划分工序，每道工序通过时间控制进行柔性连接，实现电动工具装配过程传送自动化。从第一工位到最后工位自动传送完成后，工装板会自动返回到第一工位。各个装配工位互不干涉，自动输送，柔性连接，操作方便，便于生产现场管理及流程控制。 

The assembly line is mAInly applied to automatic convey for assembly of electric tools (such aspower-driven pistol drill). Assembly lineadoptthe belt conveyor to convey work piece, According to theassemblyTechnologytodivide the assembly process, each process through the time control for flexible connections, to achieve the automated convey in assembly process of power tool. When the process from the first station to the last position iscompleted, the tooling plate will automatically return to the first station. There is non-interference in each assembly station, automatic convey, flexible connections, easy to operate, and easy to site management and process control.
