本生产线适用于电动工具电机转子的自动加工。生产线由换向器压入机、绕线机、点焊机、检测机等设备组成，并由皮带输送线将上述机器连接，组成全工艺流程的转子生产线，实现转子由带轴铁芯到成品的自动化加工。从操作位置放入工件，各设备按设定的程序进行加工，完成后工件回到操作位置取出。各台设备具有单独的操作、显示、声光报警等功能。 

  The production line is mAInly applied to automatic production for the rotor of electric tool motor. Comprisingcommutator press machine, winding machine, spot welder, detector,Etc., by the belt conveyor line to connect the machine to form the whole process of the rotor production line,to achievetheautomated processingfrom the shaft-core to thefinished products.Put the work piece in operating position, the machines work according to the program, when the work is finished, the work piece back to the operating position and be removed. Each machine has function of separate operation, display,sound and light alarm.
