SJSZ series conical double screw plastic extruders are special equipments which can extrude and mold by using various kinds PVC powders. Equipped with different kinds of molds and auxiliary machines, it can produce various PVC pipes, profiles, sheets, plates, bars and granulation.

GF系列塑料管材生产线主要用于生产农用给排水、建筑给排水、线缆敷设等方面和各种管径、壁厚的塑料PVC管材。该机组由锥形(平行)双螺杆挤出机、真空定型台、牵引机、切割机、翻料架等组成。螺杆挤出机及牵引机采用进口交流变频调速装置，真空泵及牵引电机均采用优质产品。牵引机有二爪、三爪、四爪、六爪、八爪等牵引方式。可选用锯片切割式或行星切割式，另带计长仪及增厚装置，机组性能可靠、生产效率高。本公司可以根据用户的要求，配备专用装置后生产内壁螺旋管、内壁空心管和芯层发泡管机组更换挤出机，可以生产PP、PE、ABS、及PPR、PEX、硅芯管等其它物料管材。行星切割机采用全自动电脑数控，具有操作方便，性能可靠等优点，达到国际领先水平。 

Characteristics of the equipment

GF series plastic pipe material production line is mainly used in the area of agricultural water supply system, architectural water supply system, pavement of cables, etc. as well as PVC pipe material of all sorts of pipe caliber and wall thickness. This machine group consists mainly of twin conical (parallel) screws extruder, vacuum calibrating tank, haul-off unit, cutting unit, tilter, etc. single screw extruder and haul-off unit have applied imported A/C inverter, both vacuum pump and driving motor have applied excellent products. The drawing machine includes two-claw type, three-claw type, four-claw type, six-claw type, eight-claw type, etc. Saw cutting or planet cutting can be applied, it is additionally applied with length measuring meter and thickness increasing device, the property of machine group is reliable, the production efficiency is high. With special device, it can produce inner wall spiral pipe, inner wall hollow pipe, and core layer bulpo pipe, etc, it can also produce PP, PE, ABS, & PPR, PEX, silicon core pipe and pipe material of other material. The planet-shaped cutting machine is fully automatic computer digital control, it has such advantages of simple operation, reliable property, etc. It has reached world advanced level.
