功能与特点 

传统窗帘，是采用手工刀片裁切的工艺制作，此工艺不但生产成本高，且存在效率低，切边起毛（通过烤火来解决毛边问题），并且使用一段时间后切边就会有脱边、掉边或散边等到问题出现。

本公司针对传统观念窗帘生产工艺的问题，开发出超声波窗帘裁切机，此设备不但帮客户解决了“脱边、掉边或散边”等问题，而且窗帘切边还有完美的封边效果。提高了产品的档次。

本设备采用PLC、文本屏控制；精密线轨移动方式使机台工作更稳定、操作更便捷；超声波系统稳定、出力强劲;使用此设备布料切边柔软、不变色等特点。

本公司还可以为按客户要求设计生产其它不同规格的超声波窗帘布裁切设备。

Function and Characteristic：

   The traditional Fabric is cut by the Knife by hand. With this production workmanship, the production cost is very high, it will generate much problem, such as low efficiency, cOArse side skin etc, furthermore the side skin will come off, come loose ,fall off ,which influence the appearance of the fabric. 

   In accordance with the problem from the traditional CurtAIn Fabric production Workmanship, our company researched and developed the Ultrasonic Fabric Cutting Machine. This kind of machine can either solved the problem mentioned above ,furthermore can produce perfect side skin, and improve the quality greatly.

   Our Equipment is controlled by PLC, Text Screen. Applied the advanced Moving way of wire Track to the system make sure the platform of the machine work stable ,it is operated more conveniently. The Ultrasonic system is stable, generate strong power. The incision of the Fabric cut by this machine is soft ,and it won’t change colour.
