HDPE、MDPE供水管、燃气管道具有良好的柔性、刚性、耐蠕变性、耐环境应力开裂性和良好的热熔焊接性。

我公司自主研制开发的HDPE、MDPE供水管、燃气管挤出生产线，其自动化程度高，操作方便，连续挤出生产稳定可靠。该生产线由高效挤出机、机头、定型冷却系统、牵引机、切割机、翻料架、控制系统等组成，并配合一台标志线挤出机。挤出机采用高效螺杆,强力输送衬套。机头采用螺旋式结构，出料均匀，静态混合消除合缝线。全线可实现单调、统调控制，操作十分方便。

This production line has the features of high automaticity and more convenient operation.It can produce steadily and reliably.This production line is composed of efficient extruder, handpiece,sizing cooling system,traction system,cutting system, reverse material frame and control system.It is used together with one marker line extruder.The efficient extruder adopts efficient screw,and it can transfer the bush better.The headpiece adopts screw type,it can make sure discharging uniformly and remove joint close line.The production line can realize the control of independent adjustment and consolidated adjustment.It is very convenient for operating.

生产线主要用于生产农用给排水、建筑给排水、线缆敷设等方面和各种管径、壁厚的塑料pvc管材。该机组由锥形(平行)双螺杆挤出机、真空定型台、牵引机、切割机、翻料架等组成。挤出机及牵引机采用变频调速装置。牵引机有二爪、三爪、四爪、六爪、八爪等牵引方式。配置锯片式或行星式切割机，机组性能可靠、生产效率高。

This production line is mainly used to produce all kinds of PVC pipes,which are widely used in water supply and drainage of agriculture land and construct,and cable laying. This production line is composed of conical(parallel)twin-screw extruder, headpiece, vaccum sizing device, traction machine、cutting machine and roll-over stand.The extruder and traction machine adopts frequency control.The traction machine can be with two,three,four,six and eight claws.This production line  is equipped with cutter(saw web or planetary).The production line has reliable performance and high efficacy.

生产线选用高效螺杆挤出机，具有高速挤出、高效塑化的特点。屏蔽型两级混炼专用螺杆，开槽机筒配置蓝色或螺旋形模具。具有低温、低压挤出的特点。水膜式定径陶保证管材高速、稳定生产，更换模具可生产PE管材。
