BZ旋合式旋盖机适用于各类玻璃瓶、聚脂瓶的塑料金属螺纹盖的旋合封口，它具有封口质量好，结构紧凑、噪音低、操作维修方便等特点，是中小型食品饮料厂理想的封口设备。用户只需更换极少零部件，还可实现对铝质防盗盖、三旋盖、皇冠盖的封口。

BZ Series of Sealing Machine

BZ Screw-Closure Sealing Machine is used for screw-closure sealing of various plastic metal screw cap of glass bottle and PET bottle. It is characterized with good sealing quality, compact structure, low noise and easy operation and mAIntenance. It is the perfect sealing equipment for small and medium food & beverage Factory. Just a few spare parts shall be replaced by the user. In addition, the machine shall also seal aluminum security plug, three screw cap and crown cap.

1). Advanced pick & place technology is applied for ensuring the accuracy of screw cap.

2). Screwing cap controlled by magnetic force shall be adjusted between 7-25 pounds. Top pressure shall be adjusted.

3). No caps drop as having no bottles, meanwhile, the device to remove the cap if being overturned is equipped.

4). The rotating copper sheathing has accurate chamfer angle and flexible connection, being under stable operation.

5). It should lean to inner chamfer angle when grapping cap head, so as to grape stably.

6). The insection on circumference is reduced and thickened, resulting in more extended applications of caps.

7). Top pressure shall be changed by rotation and the bolt shall be positioned accurately.

 8).he torque size shall be changed by adjusting gap between two powerful magnets through rotating. It shall achieve continuous accurate adjustment and accurate position of bolt.

9). The magnet is vulnerable component.

10). The new structure is with strong magnetism. Two magnets are non-contact type and sealed, thus they are not easy to be damaged or worn.
