黑小麦红曲醋软胶囊使用说明书 
黑小麦红曲醋软胶囊是以山西省农科院选育的黑粒小麦76号等为主料，辅以红曲霉菌、阿胶、蜂蜡、红花籽油、卵磷脂等原料, 将传统工艺与现代高科技手段相结合，精心研制而成的科技创新型产品。
黑粒小麦76号的蛋白质含量比普通小麦高60%，7种必需氨基酸高33.3%～79.3%，钙、磷、硒分别高300%、70%、300%，其中硒的含量为27.4微克/100克，还含有锌、铁、钾、碘等矿物质营养素。检测结果表明，黑小麦红曲醋软胶囊含洛伐它丁（Monaco link）1.2毫克/粒（0.4克），其主要功能是有助于降血脂、降血压和降低有害胆固醇并具有软化血管的辅助作用。软胶囊以其食用方便、有效成分利用率高、稳定性好等特点深得国内外消费者的欢迎。长期食用黑小麦红曲醋软胶囊，能够预防中老年心脑血管疾病的发生。

Black kernel wheat red koji Vinegar soft-capsule
Black kernel wheat red koji Vinegar soft-capsule is made by the mAIn raw material, the high quality black kernel wheat No.76 selected by Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and the supplementary materials such as monascus, ass-hide glue, beeswax, safflower seed oil, lecithin and so on by the traditional and the modern technology.
The protein content of the black kernel wheat No.76 is 60% higher than that of common wheat. 7 necessary amino acids are 33.3% - 79.3% higher，calcium, phosphorus, selenium are 300%, 70%, 300% higher individually，in which selenium content is 27.4μg /100g.And it has zinc, iron, kalium, iodine and other mineral nutrients. The detecting results showed that black kernel wheat red koji vinegar soft-capsule contains monaco link 1.2mg/ granule（0.4g），which function is depressing blood fat, blood pressure and noxious cholesterol and also softening blood vessel. This soft-capsule with the conveniency, high usage rate and good stability is taken up by consumers at home and abrOAd. It can prevent heart- cerebrovascular disease for mid-old aged people by eating for a long period.
