三足式人工上部卸料离心机

主要特点：

SS型离心机是一种三足式、人工上部卸料、间歇操作的沉降离心机。物料由上部加入转鼓，在离心力场作用下，液相穿过过滤介质排除机外，固相物截留在转鼓内，停机后由人工从上部卸料。具有结构简单、操作方便，通用性强等特点，既可用于固相状的悬浮液分离，也可用于纤维状物料的分离。

Product Characteristics:

SS series centrifuge is a kind of filtering equipment of upper unlOAding and interval operation.The material is fed form the upper and enters the rotary durm.Under the function of centrifugal force,the liquid passes through the filtering medium and dischanges out of the machine,the solid is left in the rotary drum.After the machine stops,the machine is taken out by man.It has advantages of simple structure,convenient operation,wide application,it can not only used for solid-liquid state material separation of floating liquid where the solid state material is particle shaped,but also used for separation of fiber state material.

结构与用途

适合分离含固相颗粒≥0.01毫米的悬浮液，固相颗粒可为粒状、结晶状或纤维状等，也可供成件物品（如纱束、纺织品等）的脱水。广泛用于化工、制药、食品、轻工等行业。例如：石膏、硫胺、芒硝、硫酸铁、硫酸铜、硫酸镍、氯化钾、醋酸、硼砂、苏打、橡胶添加剂、染料、塑料原料、肥皂、油脂、各种树脂、食盐、味精、食品添加剂、淀粉制糖、维生素、抗生素、除草剂、驱虫剂、铜、锌、铝等矿粉脱水。

Structure&Usage

It is suitable to separate the suspension whose solid grAIn is larger than 0.01mm.The solid grain can be grain state，cyrstal state or fiber state.It is also used in dewatering,such as yarn or textile.It is widely used in chemical，pharmacy，food，light industry and other trades.For  instance:gypsum chloride，acetate，borax，soda，rubber addition，dye，plastics raw addition，itamin，herbicide，insectifuge and dewatering of cupper zinc,aluminium and other miner powder.

选装配置

材质：与物料接触部分的材料可为不锈钢、钛钢、碳钢、衬橡胶、衬塑料、衬四氟等。

基础：有基础和无需浇注基础。
