4、使用方法
１、將本品均勻分散於環氧膠或矽膠中，經過脫泡處理後點塗到晶片表面，經過固化等工序完成白光LED的封裝。
２、將本品和黄色螢光粉按特定比例混合後均勻分散於環氧膠或矽膠中，經過脫泡處理後點塗到晶片表面，經過固化等工序完成高顯色性或低色溫的白光LED的封裝。

3、建议胶水与荧光粉之比例为1：（0.12~0.20），可视客户之要求去调配配比。
