4、使用方法
１、將本品均勻分散於環氧膠或矽膠中，經過脫泡處理後點塗到芯片表面，經過固化等工序完成白光LED的封裝。
２、將本品和紅色熒光粉按特定比例混合後均勻分散於環氧膠或矽膠中，經過脫泡處理後點塗到芯片表面，經過固化等工序完成高顯色性或低色溫的白光LED的封裝。

3、建議膠水與熒光粉之比例為1：（0.15~0.25），可視客戶之要求去調配配比。
5、用途
Ａ用藍光芯片封裝白光LED。
Ｂ與紅色熒光粉搭配使用，封裝高顯色性或低色溫的白光LED。
